Stroll through our farm, watch how our cheese is made by hand, take part in the cheese tasting, then savour the local and unique flavours lovingly grown and/or made from our land.
Immerse yourself in a rural space designed in harmony with the rhythms of nature, where sustainability thrives in a magical and welcoming atmosphere with views to cherish from La Gomera to Los Gigantes.
Cooking Class
Make traditional Almogrote
What better souvenir to take away from Tenerife than a gourmet day on a real goat farm, using the ingredients lovingly crafted from their animals in a cheese making class. Plus you get to go home with the secret recipe and tubs of yumminess!
For a minimum of four people, our Cheese Den is converted into a fun kitchen equipped with chefs hats, aprons, mortar and pestles to get you involved in the full process of making almogrote, the traditional cheese of choice from La Gomera.
During the fun cooking class to keep you inspired, you are provided with a glass of Tenerife wine and a cheese board featuring our signature cheeses.
